Warranty Coverage (10 Years)

Mandurah Shower Repairs provides a 10-year warranty on all shower repair and regrouting services completed by our team. This warranty ensures the durability and quality of our workmanship and materials used, including epoxy resin grouting, and sealing.

What’s Covered:

Failure of epoxy resin grout under the manufacture's warranty. Water leaks resulting from improperly applied grouts.

What’s Not Covered:

Damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning methods, over cleaning or lack of maintenance. Structural issues beyond the scope of grouting or sealing (e.g., water leaks from plumbing failures, building movement, or subfloor issues).Damage caused by natural disasters, accidental impact, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.

Terms and Conditions

Estimate Validity: All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Access Requirements: Clients must ensure access to the work area during the agreed-upon time. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges. Safety Precautions: Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is free from hazards or obstructions. Materials Used: All materials used, including epoxy resin and silicone, are of high quality and suitable for the purpose intended. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the workmanship, we will return to address any issues at no additional cost within the warranty period. Maintenance: Proper maintenance of the grouted and sealed areas is essential. This includes regular cleaning with suitable products and avoiding harsh chemicals. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Liability Limitation: While every effort is made to carry out all work with care and precision, Mandurah Shower Repairs shall not be held liable for any incidental or minor damage that may occur during the repair process. This includes, but is not limited to, small chips to tile corners, edges, or surfaces that may result from the removal of grout, silicone, or other materials. Clients should be aware that when working with existing tiled surfaces—particularly older or previously repaired installations—some minor damage may be unavoidable due to the nature of the materials and their condition. Mandurah Shower Repairs will take all reasonable precautions to minimise such risks and will notify the client of any concerns or potential issues before and during the job, wherever possible.
